Where’s my order?
Check the tracking link in your email/SMS. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after you receive it.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We try to process fast. If you need a change, email Musthaveproductsss@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering—after fulfillment we can’t guarantee edits.
Why did I get multiple packages?
To speed things up, items sometimes ship from different Zendrop partners/warehouses.
Will I pay customs?
Most orders don’t, but in some countries duties/taxes can apply. If charged, they’re the customer’s responsibility.
It says “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox/parcel locker. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us—we’ll help.
